Alright When creating your Net Navi you are given the Option of Assigning it a Certain Element. Those Element's are Fire, Water, Wood, Elec, Wind, Blade, Cursor, Object, Variable, Break, and Null. Each one having it's own strength and weakness. Check below for the Possible Element you wish to be.
Fire:
+ All Fire Based Chip's Gain +20 Damage!
+ Deal Double Damage to Wood Element!
+ Take No Damage on Lava Panel's
- Take's Double Damage from Water Attacks!
Water:
+ All Water Based Chip's Gain +20 Damage!
+ Deal Double Damage to Fire Element!
- Takes Double Damage from Elec Attacks!
Wood:
+ All Wood Based Chip's Gain +20 Damage!
+ Deal Double Damage to Elec Element!
+ Heal 50 HP Per Turn on Grass Field!
- Takes Double Damage from Fire Attacks!
Elec:
+ All Elec Based Chip's Gain +20 Damage!
+ Deal Double Damage to Water Element!
+ Elec Element Attacks Deal Double Damage of Metal Field!
- Takes Double Damage from Wood Attacks!
Wind:
+ All Wind Based Chip's Gain +20 Damage!
+ Deal Double Damage to Cursor Element!
- Takes Double Damage from Blade Attacks!
Blade:
+ All Blade Based Chip's Gain +20 Damage!
+ Deal Double Damage to Wind Element!
- Takes Double Damage from Variable Attacks!
Cursor:
+ All Cursor Based Chip's Gain +20 Damage!
+ Deal Double Damage to Variable Element!
- Takes Double Damage from Wind Attacks!
Object:
+ Starts Battle with 20HP Barrier!
+ Objects start with +1/4 More Health!
- Takes Double Damage from Break Attacks!
Break:
+ All Break Based Chip's Gain +20 Damage!
+ Deal Double Damage to Object Element!
- Takes Double Damage from Cursor Attacks!
Variable:
+ Gain the Use of a Variable Attack*
+ Variable Chips gain +10 Damage. Support Chips give +10 Damage to the Chip Before them.
- Takes Double Damage from Object Related Damages.
Null:
+ No Elemental Weakness
- No Elemental Strength
(*) A Variable Attack follows the Standard Attack Format....

Range: C Attacks are (1-6) and L Attacks are (3-35)

They have a Set Formula for Damage. (Range [x] + 5 [Every 20 HP Sacrificed is 5 Damage to a Maximum of 100] ) You must Define X.

These elements are Earnable only and given to Staff Members. They are very strong and have very little Negative Effects.
Anima
+ All Elemental Attacks Deal +10 Damage. (Fire, Wood, Aqua, Wind)
+ Suffers no Negative Effects from Lava or Poison Stage.
- Takes +10 Damage from All Elemental Attacks.
Fire:
+ All Fire Based Chip's Gain +20 Damage!
+ Deal Double Damage to Wood Element!
+ Take No Damage on Lava Panel's
- Take's Double Damage from Water Attacks!
